Updated 03rd June 2020
The ongoing spread of the novel Coronavirus and COVID-19 is impacting your travel, and our tours. We understand that this is a confusing and difficult time as the situation evolves every day around the world, for travelers and operators alike.
As countries opt for temporary travel restrictions and closures, and guidance may change frequently, we encourage you to check with the World Health Organisation (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or local government authorities for more information about the impact to your destination. This can be found at States of Guernsey - Coronavirus
Guernsey is now at zero cases for 34 consecutive days and at phase 4 of 6 of the lockdown with a majority of services up and running again but still maintaining 2 metre distancing rules.
During this time, our tours will still not be going ahead. We hope to have a new schedule up soon when Guernsey is able to accept visitors again.
What is Island Coachway's cancellation and refund policy?
If you have a tour booked with us effected by COVID-19, our Terms and Conditions state that all our tours are non-refundable. These T&C's are to be upheld. However we will be able to credit your booking for a new alternate date. Please let us know in advance and new tickets will be issued.
This is a sad and difficult time and we at Island Coachways would like to thank you for your continued support. We also would like to wish you and your families stay well.
To those whom have accepted credit, we look forward to welcoming you to Guernsey when you are next available to come, please let us know your new dates and once the system is up to date, we will be able to process and send your booking details to you. Again thank you for your support.
We will be updating this page as and when we can to provide you with the latest information.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
