RAINBOW TOUR
See your beautiful Island on our driver guided coach tour, including stops at the Little Chapel and Guernsey Pearl.
Every year we welcome thousands of visitors, showing our guests the highlights of our lovely island and proudly educate them on our history, heritage and traditions. We are now giving Islanders an amazing opportunity to see the place we call home, from a new perpective.
The tour will commence at the Liberation monument in the heart of St Peter Port where you will go on a scenic drive through town and stop off to admire views of the neighbouring islands at Havelet Bay.
You will then have the opportunity to explore The Little Chapel. Originally built in 1914, the chapel is known for being one of the smallest in the world and is decorated beautifully in broken china, shells and pebbles. The Little Chapel features in the book “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Society”, upon which the recent film of the same name is based.
You will then go back en route to Pleinmont Point where you will be able to see stunning views of the south coast and visit the restored German gun battery. You will then be able to stop off for refreshments at the Guernsey Pearl, visit the shop and the Shipwreck Museum, Fort Grey. Back on board the coach our driver will take you for a drive around the west coast to visit some of Guernsey’s favourite beaches, Grandes Rocques and Pembroke Bay. The tour will then come to end, finishing back in St Peter Port.
