If you fail to do so and subsequently wish to make amendments, fees will apply.

1.TOUR BOOKINGS

All tour tickets are non-refundable. Passengers should arrive at the vehicle in good time for departure.  The vehicle will be on stand 10 minutes prior to the published departure time.

All tours start with a safety briefing. Your attention would be appreciated.

Our vehicles are equipped with seat belts. Under Guernsey law, there is no obligation for passengers to use them.  However, we would advise that, for your own safety, you use the seat belts provided.

2.  TOURS

Your ticket is for a specific service on a date and time.  You must keep with the same vehicle throughout the trip.

Our tours are operated to a timetable.  It is vital that you return to the vehicle at the time advised by our driver.  We do not want to leave anyone behind.  Unfortunately we are not able to return for anyone that has failed to return to the vehicle on time.

Please advise our driver if you do not intend to complete your journey with us.

3.  ROUTE AND TIME VARIATION

Sometimes, due to circumstances outside our control, we are unable to deliver the tour exactly as published.  Where we are affected by road closures, diversions or attraction closures, we will alter out route whilst providing the best passenger experience possible.

4. ACCESSIBILITY

All our coaches have several steps on entry.    For safety reasons, passengers must be able to use these steps unaided to travel with us.

There is boot space available for lightweight mobility aids that can be folded, such as manual wheelchairs.

We regret that we are unable to carry mobility scooters.

If you chose to alight at the photo stops or refreshments stops, please be aware that many car parks in Guernsey are not paved or tarmacked.  Please ensure that you are wearing suitable footwear for these short walks.

5.  TRAVEL INSURANCE

There are charges in Guernsey to visit a GP or our hospital. UK & EC Citizens are advised that a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) DOES NOT ENTITLE YOU to receive healthcare.  We would strongly advise that you have travel insurance for any visit to Guernsey.

6. CONVEYANCE OF ANIMALS

No animals (other than Guide Dogs notified to the company in advance) may be carried on any vehicle, without our prior written agreement.

7. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

In the event of any emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock out, stoppage or restraint of labour or on the happening of any event over which the Company has no control the company may, by returning all money paid and without further or other liability, cancel the contract.

8. PASSENGERS’ PROPERTY

We do not accept liability for any damage to or loss of any property left upon the vehicle by a passenger whether or not with our knowledge.

Items of value, such as mobile telephones, will be deposited with the Guernsey Police.

Other articles of lost property recovered from the vehicle will be held for a maximum of one week only. If the property is not reclaimed, it is donated to charity.

Where possible, at the customer’s request, we will return any items found at the customer’s expense.

9. OUR RIGHT OF REFUSAL TO TRAVEL

The driver is responsible for the safety of the vehicle. Any passenger whose conduct is in breach of statutory regulations may be removed from the vehicle or prevented from boarding on the driver’s authority.

We do not tolerate any violent behaviour or threats towards our staff.

Chewing gum, alcoholic beverages, illegal substances and smoking are not permitted on any of our vehicles and will result in the driver asking passengers to leave the vehicle.

A valeting charge of at least £100.00 will be issued for any damage caused by food, drink or illness. If the damage caused is in excess of £100.00 the full retail amount will be sought.
