HANNAH BEACOM
Managing Director
Hannah joined the family business in February 2003 as Managing Director. She trained as a chartered accountant with Ernst and Young in Guernsey, before gaining further experience in private banking.
Hannah has a keen interest in the arts, running a choir at Guernsey Youth and Community Theatre and volunteering for the Guernsey Eisteddfod. She can often be heard on Keys 2 in the pit of local musical theatre productions.
TOBY BOUCHER
Director
Toby joined the family business in September 2000. His responsibilities include the IT of the business. Previously he worked for Aurigny in several roles, including cabin staff.
Outside work, he can be seen performing with JnT, an acoustic duo and is the locum for The Ketones and he has his own recording studio.
PETE ROBINSON
Workshop General Manager
Pete joined the company in 2023. Pete has over 30 years of experience working as a mechanic on anything from double decker buses and fleets of coaches to commercial vehicles of varying sizes.
Outside work, he likes spending time with the family, going to the beach and doing nowt.
EMMA WALTON
Operations Manager
Emma joined Island Coachways as Operations Manager in October 2023 after a long career with the States of Guernsey.
Emma has a long history with the Island Coachways family and was delighted when the opportunity to work for them full time arose.
Bringing with her excellent communication and customer service skills, Emma is passionate about ensuring we offer the best possible transport solutions for our clients.
Outside of work Emma is a keen all year-round sea swimmer and has 3 very bouncy dogs that keep her busy.
IAN DERBYSHIRE
Operations Administrator
Ian is a member of the Operations team joining us in 2018, before the launch of our 'Guernsey Explorer'.
Tech savvy, Ian helps provide support in the running of our computer technology and finds new intuitive ways to improve our systems including backend online bookings and website design.
As well as being a computer wizard, Ian mainly operates in the day to day running of the office and will be able to help you with any enquiries, bookings and any online related concerns.
When Ian is not in the office, he can be found out on the roads assisting with transfers.
